RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
At RadTeez, we strive to make sure you’re absolutely digging the gear and that you’re 100% satisfied with your order.
Hey, we’re human and sometimes things slip through the cracks. If for any reason there is any damage to your item upon receipt, please reach out to support@radteez.shop immediately so we can take care of you right away.
RETURNS
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

The return must be received by RadTeez within 14 days of receipt.

The returned item must be unworn and in new condition, with tags still attached (if applicable), and free of debris, hair, deodorant, etc.

We do not offer returns for "change of mind".

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Customer is responsible for all shipping, including returns.

Returns are only done via store credit.
EXCHANGES
We do offer 30 Day from purchase exchanges. The returned item must be unworn and in new condition, with tags still attached (if applicable), and free of debris, hair, deodorant, etc.
TERMS ON EXCHANGE:

Item must be in new, never worn, & never washed condition. If Backbone Swag determines that the items do not fit the criteria we reserve the right to reject the exchange. You will forfeit your item or the buyer will be responsible for shipping back to you.
DISCOUNT CODES
Once an order is placed, a discount code cannot be retroactively applied to the order. If you are having trouble with a discount code, please reach out to us at support@backboneswag.com.
ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your purchase.
LOST SHIPMENTS
We do our best to help in all situations, but we cannot be held liable due to errors committed by USPS or UPS and/or addresses entered incorrectly at checkout. If a package is undeliverable/unclaimed/damaged/missing, it is the customer’s responsibility to follow up with the shipping service directly. RadTeez is not responsible for lost, unclaimed, damaged, missing, and/or undeliverable packages.
CHRISTMAS SEASON EXCHANGE POLICY
We extend our exchange policy 5 days after Christmas Day. If something doesn't fit or needs a new size you can exchange it within that window (if we have the item still available). We want to make sure we take care of you this Christmas and help you ensure you get what you want for Christmas. The person doing the return does need to have the original order number and the item MUST be in new unworn & unwashed condition, free of hair, and any debris. Please contact support@rad-teez.com to process and exchange.
